Cancellation Policy and Terms of Business

For overnight guests, to allow time for your dog to settle, they must be dropped off for check in by 11am. 

Departures must occur by 10am to allow space for change over and new arrivals.  Should you need additional time beyond 10am on their departure day, please add the appropriate 4 or 8 hour day care rate. 

For day guests, departure is available until 8pm. Should you need additional time beyond 8pm, please book an overnight stay. 

Please remember to bring your dog's vaccination records when staying. Please also ensure your account is updated with any dietary/feeding instructions. 

 I accept card payments, bank transfer or cash. 

For day guests, payment is payable upon confirmation of booking. For overnight guests, a deposit is required 3 weeks before booking. 

To ensure fair scheduling and support smooth operations, we kindly ask clients to adhere to the following cancellation policy:

A non-refundable deposit is required 3 weeks before the booking date to secure your dog’s stay.

The remaining balance is due 3 days before the booking start date.

Cancellations:

More than 14 days (2 weeks) before the booking start date:

You may cancel and will receive a full refund of any additional payments made, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

Between 7 and 13 days before the booking start date:

You will receive a 50% refund of any additional payments made beyond the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable.

Less than 7 days before the booking start date:

No refund will be issued. This includes same-day cancellations.
